Under the “My Accounts” menu, click on “Statement of Account Request”. Specify your account number, the statement period and how you want your statement to be delivered. Delivery options are as follows:

Pick-up at your Maintaining Branch – subject to PhP10.00 service charge.

Statement of Account Request

You may request a statement of account for up to thirteen (13) months back. You will receive your statement during the next banking day.
