Sales & Service Heads

Responsible for the overall supervision of branch operations and service delivery ensuring:

  1. compliance with the Bank, BSP and other government regulatory bodies’ rules and regulations and policies (pass audits),
  2. zero operational losses (no losses due to frauds, irregularities, negligence and errors),
  3. complaints management (all customer complaints/feedback are immediately addressed to the satisfaction of clients)
  4. increased productivity in terms of cost reduction and waste elimination; and
  5. adherence to premises standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years’ experience in Branch Banking;
  • Should have been a Sales Service Officer for at least 2 years;
  • Service oriented; and
  • Preferably a resident within the assigned region.
