For employees of PNB-accredited companies/agencies, the application form must be certified by the company’s/agency’s authorized representative.
What will happen to my multi-purpose loan if I resigned or separated from my employer?
It has to be paid in full. It will be deducted from any monetary benefits you will be receiving from your employer upon separation or resignation. If such monetary benefit is not enough to fully pay your loan, you are required to pay the difference.
What fees do I have to pay?
A processing fee has to be paid upon submission of the application form & complete requirements.
Documentary stamp tax shall be charged only for approved loans amounting to P250,000.00 and above or for those loans for business use.
