How to Send via Correspondent Bank

1. Remitter must visit any of PNB's Correspondent Banks
2. He/she must apply for a fund/swift transfer
3. The remitter fills out a remittance application form indicating pertinent information:
    
   • Remitter's Name
   • Remitter's Address, Tel. No. etc.
   • Beneficiary's Complete Name
   • Beneficiary's Address, Tel. No., etc.
   • Amount
   • Payee Bank/Branch
   • Account No.
4. Remitter specifies PNB's SWIFT address (PNB MPH MM) and pays his desired remittance amount, subject to the maximum allowable remittance and applicable service fees (both vary among correspondent banks)

How to send remittances via Internet:

SINGAPORE

1. Visit PNB Lucky Plaza or PNB Jurong East to get your 14-digit remitter-beneficiary number.
2. Log-on to the personal Internet Banking Facility of www.uobgroup.com or www.dbs.com/sg
3. Select Philippine National Bank from the list of Bill Payment Corporations.
4. Enter the SGD amount you want to remit including the bank charge & 14-digit PNB remitter-beneficiary number as your reference number.

USA

1. Log on to www.pnbrcionline.com
2. Register your personal and beneficiary information.
3. Verify and confirm registration information.
4. Send money!
5. Track your remittance via PNB Remittance Tracker.

CANADA

1. Register online at www.pnbrcc.com or www.pnbrcc.ca
2. Must have a remitter ID issued by PNBRCC, valid telephone number, and e-mail address.
3. Must be an online banking customer of any participating Canadian Bank.
4. Maximum remittance if C$2,500.00
5. If already registered, simply log on using your remitter ID as your login name and your registered telephone number as your password. You may change your login ID and/or password anytime after you login.
6. After a successful transfer, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the reference number.

UNITED KINGDOM (U.K)

1. Register over the phone.
2. Must have a remitter ID issued by PNBRCC, valid telephone number, and e-mail address.
3. Must be an online banking customer of any participating Canadian Bank.
4. Maximum remittance if C$2,500.00
5. Call 1-866-886-8806
6. You have the option to speak to a PNBRCC representative or to access the IVR system and make a remittance.
7. Enter your Alphanumeric Password as follows:

   You can enter numeric and alphanumeric data in the IVR system.

Entering Numeric Password
Numeric input includes the numbers 0 through 9. Use the keypad to enter each number followed by the * and then Press the # key to complete your input.

Entering Alphanumeric Password
Alphanumeric input includes the numbers 0 through 9, uppercase and lowercase alphabetic characters. When you enter alphanumeric input, use the keypad and press a number key the appropriate number of times to access the correct letter, number you need, followed by the * sign, and another # sign to complete your input. Table A shows the alphanumeric characters for each key on the keypad.

U.K.

1. Register by completing the remittance application form. Forms are available either thru phone at 0207 397 1340 or 0207 792 9647 or via www.pnbeurope.com.
2. Submit, together with your application form a one-time documentation.
   1. Proof of Identity – Passport or full UK driving license
   2. Proof of Address – recent bank statement, credit card statement or utility bill
      * photocopies are accepted provided it has been certified by a Solicitor, PNB Bank Officer, Bank Manager, Accountant or Philippine Embassy.
3. Send it to:

How to send through 7-11 outlets in Hong Kong:

1. Fill out and submit an application form for a 7-11 card at any PNB Remittance Center or Branch. One 7-11 card per beneficiary. The beneficiary must have an existing and valid PNB account. The card will be mailed to the remitter or picked up from the branch.
2. To remit, simply go to any 7-11 Hong Kong branch and present the card and the money to be sent (inclusive of fees). Maximum remittance amount is HKD 3000 per day.

1. Request for Genkin Kakitome envelopes from PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya branch or purchase the envelope from Post Offices all over Japan.
2. Fill-up the Remittance Registration Form with Declaration inside the envelope.
3. Enclose in the envelope: your money (including remittance charges), a copy of PNB Japan’s acceptable ID and the accomplished form.
4. Insured up to 500,000 Yen. For remittances exceeding 100,000 Yen, include a copy of your alien card.
5. Mail to PNB Tokyo or PNB Nagoya.
6. It takes about 1-2 days for processing (for PNB Online Accounts)
7. Your receipt will be posted to you.

How to send through SingPost:

1. Fill up appropriate remittance application form.
2. Enclose your check for the amount of remittance plus our charges. The check should be drawn payable to Philippine National Bank.
3. Post the application form and the check to out postal address

4. PNB Singapore will implement the remittance after clearance of the check, i.e., one (1) business day after receipt. Checks received after 2:00pm shall be sent for clearing on the following business day.
5. PNB Singapore will post your duly validated copy of the remittance application that will serve as your official receipt.
