Responsibilities:

• Administration of Lotus Notes infrastructure (mail, database, application, sametime, connection, replication access, location of documents, etc.)
• Install, configure and maintain Lotus Servers, software and user accounts
• Back-up, restore, monitoring and management of Lotus Domino environment
• Documentation maintenance – monitoring of up to date documentation for Lotus Notes environment
• Monitoring of replication access – proper procedure and correction when failures occur
• Administration of users and groups
• Upgrade of Lotus Notes software’s within the same major release. Do testing of point release before applying to the operational environment
• Troubleshooting – corrupted mail files, databases, libraries and escalation to other client support team
• Helpdesk assistance – managing of “how to” inquiries of users
• Activation/De-activation of accounts
• Monitor storage requirement
• Create Lotus Notes Applications/Scripts/Formulas
• Monitoring of security on Lotus Notes

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer /Electronics Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years and up solid working experience in Lotus Notes/Domino System Administration (server, database, messaging, security). (R6.x or later)
• Must have appreciation of issues relevant to administering an enterprise implementation of Lotus Notes/Domino (3,000+users)
• Knowledgeable in the Lotus Notes Applications, Web Development, Lotus Formula and Lotus Script.
• With Documentation skills
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 Administration
• Lotus Certification is an advantage
• Must be a team player
