Please note that Online Bank Transfer is the preferred method of transfer, this is quicker and easier to identify and process. Additional cash handling fee will apply for cash lodgements and proof of source will be required prior to processing of transfers. Please note Natwest reserves the right to refuse any cash lodgements if you do not hold an account with them.

Alternatively, you can also initiate a FASTER PAYMENT instruction from your OWN bank; they will then forward the funds to the applicable currency accounts listed above. Please ensure you quote your name as reference and complete the Remittance Instruction Form to enable us to identify your transfer.

The above changes will apply to customers/remitters of the Notting Hill Office only. Clients transacting their remittances through the Victoria Office do not need to make any changes to their current method of transfer or instructions.

You First, the Philippine National Bank (PNB) continues to enhance its banking systems. We will be conducting system upgrade activities from August 10, 2017 (Thursday) until
August 13, 2017 (Sunday).
During this period, certain services will be
unavailable for both individual and corporate clients.

Remittance transactions done from
August 10, 2017 (Thursday) to August 12, 2017 (Saturday) will be credited on August 14, 2017 (Monday) and remittance transactions done on August 13, 2017 (Sunday) will be credited on August 15, 2017 (Tuesday) except credits going to other banks.

In view of this, kindly plan your transactions ahead
of time to avoid inconvenience. Should
