No cash handling fees are charged for payments made by Debit Card, Credit Card and Cheques.

Credit Card payments are only accepted for remittances over the counter and online and is subject an additional 2.5% service fee.
Cheques please allow 7 banking days for clearing of cheques. The exchange rate used is rate on the date the funds are cleared and remitted.
Cut-off time any payments received after 4:30pm will be remitted the next day, the exchange rate applied will be the one ruling on the day we received your remittance.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

From 01 January 2024, we are pleased to announce that our remittance fees will remain unchanged for transactions up to £1,000.00. For transactions above £1,000.00 for both debit card and cash payments, please refer to our new charges posted in our lobby and on our website. Please speak to our customer service if you have questions and clarifications.
