Philippine National Bank (PNB) recently opened its newest branch located in Gaisano Capital Mall in Surigao City. It is PNB’s goal to strategically build branches in developing areas such as Surigao. The city is known to be one most competitive small-sized cities in the Philippines and is also recognized to be one of the top producers of quality minerals. Tourism also strengthens the area’s economy as Surigao aims to become the next top vacation destination through its infrastructure facilities, location, natural tourist attractions and food. PNB aims to complement the growth of Surigao City by offering products and services which can help the area’s growing business demands. PNB Gaisano Capital-Surigao Branch follows the Bank’s new retail branch design, adopted to show a fresher and modern look. The branch’s new layout provides a comfortable and enjoyable banking experience to its clients.
PNB Gaisano Capital-Surigao Branch was opened with simple inauguration rites led by PNB Executives Florido Casuela, Director; Joven Hernandez, Executive Vice President & Retail Banking Group Head and Mitzi Cagurangan, North Mindanao Area Head. The event was likewise honored by the presence of Honorable Alfredo Dacuron, Barangay Captain; Mr. Francisco Go, Businessman; Honorable Ernesto Matugas, Surigao City Mayor; Honorable Arturo Carlos Egay, Surigao Del Norte Vice Governor; Honorable Myrna Romarate, Surigao Del Norte Senior Provincial Board Member, who all acted as sponsors to the inauguration.
PNB continuously expands its branch network throughout the country with 339 branches and 479 ATMs nationwide. It is PNB’s goal to make all branches a one-stop-shop for clients’ banking needs.

Effective May 8, 2014, we are implementing a new added security feature for your Funds Transfer transaction to a 3rd party account. A One-Time Password (OTP) which consists of 6 alpha numeric characters will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number to complete your transaction. Kindly ensure that your mobile number is updated with us for you to be able to perform funds transfer transaction to a 3rd party account.
To update your mobile number:
• Clients based in the Philippines may download the maintenance form* and personally submit it to your branch of account together with one (1) valid ID.
• Overseas clients may download the maintenance form* and submit it together with a photocopy of any valid ID directly to your branch of account through regular mail.
