Dear Valued Client,

Re: Important Advisory – Change in Remittance Confirmation

Thank you for your usual banking with Philippine National Bank ("the Bank") in Japan. This is to advise our valued clients that effective from January 4, 2016, the Bank will shift its delivery method of remittance confirmation from current letters through Post Office to those through electronic mail (e-mail) for the convenience of customers to obtain quicker confirmation notices from the Bank and for discharging the Bank's corporate social responsibility to maintain an eco-friendly environment.

For tax or record-keeping purposes, you may request for a certificate and summary of remittance transactions which you can avail free of charge once a year.

Kindly update your details with us by giving us your name and new e-mail address at id@pnbtokyo.co.jp. For those who do not have an e-mail address, we encourage you to create one and inform us through e-mail at id@pnbtokyo.co.jp.

For further clarifications, please e-mail us at customercare@pnbtokyo.co.jp or call us at free dial 0120-866-382 for PNB Tokyo Branch or 0120-143-633 for PNB Nagoya Sub-branch.

If you are not the recipient of this letter, please disregard this notice and kindly e-mail us at id@pnbtokyo.co.jp for us to update our records.

Thank you for your continued patronage of Philippine National Bank Japan.
