Import-Export Products

Secure a Letter of Credit issued by PNB Singapore. The buyer will prepare a payment instruction authorizing the seller to withdraw from the buyer’s account in payment for goods subject to presentation of stipulated documents to the negotiating/paying bank.

Export LC Transfer	1/8% per month; minimum SGD 100.00
Acceptance of Issuance Draft	1/8% per month or part thereof; min. SGD 50.00
Reimbursement under L/Cs	1/8%; min. SGD 50.00
Cancellation of unutilized L/C	SGD 50.00

Opening of L/C	1/8% per month or fraction thereof; min. ¼% for first two (2) months or SGD 70.00 whichever is higher. Additional 1/8% per month comm. if issuance drawings permitted under L/C from L/C expiry date to maturity date of draft
Amendment of L/Cs
Extension of Expiry Date	1/8% per month but not less than SGD 50.00
Increase in L/C Amount	1/8% per month; min ¼% on increased amount but not less than SGD 50.00
Others	SGD 30.00 flat
Payment of Documents under L/C
In Singapore Dollars	1/8%; min. SGD 50.00 comm plus SGD 30.00 handling charges per drawing
In Foreign Currency	1/8% min. SGD 50.00 comm plus SGD 30.00 handling charges per drawing
Acceptance under issuance L/C	1/8% per month; min SGD 50.00 shall be charges for the issuance period of the draft
Cancellation of L/C	SGD 50.00 flat
