Promo Mechanics:

Get a chance to win one (1) of the fifty (50) Php10,000 Shopping Credits. Simply visit your PNB Branch of Account to update your mobile number and/or email address to earn one (1) e-raffle entry.

1. This promo is open to all PNB Depositors.
2. Depositor should go to his/her branch of account and update his/her valid mobile number or email address within the specified promo period.
3. The promo period is from January 22, 2018 to June 30, 2018.
4. The Depositor will earn one (1) electronic raffle entry upon updating his/her mobile number or email address.
5. Qualified transactions and electronic raffle tickets are non-transferable.

7. The electronic raffle draw will be held on July 12, 2018, from 4:00 PM at the Conference Room, 8F PNB Financial Center, President Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Pasay City.
8. The electronic raffle draw will be held in the presence of DTI and PNB representatives.
9. The deposit account of the winner must be active during the promo period until the cash prize is credited to his/her account.
10. The depositor may only win once in the raffle.
11. Prizes are tax-free.
12. Winners will be notified by PNB via registered mail or call via mobile number and/or email.
13. Names of winners will be posted in the PNB website.
14. Winner must claim his/her prize within sixty (60) days upon receipt of registered mail. Unclaimed prizes after the redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of PNB with prior approval from DTI.
15. Winner must present two (2) valid government IDs to claim his/her prize.
16. A representative may also claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided that he/she must present the following:
1. Two (2) valid government IDs of the winner and two (2) valid IDs of the representative;
2. Authorization letter bearing the signatures of the winner and the representative;
17. PNB reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to the winner or authorized representative when the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, inadequate or when the Bank has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted is spurious or forged.
18. Winners should present the requirements for validation to the branch where he/she updated his information.
19. Prize amount will be credited to the winner's PNB Deposit Account fifteen (15) days after validation.
20. Winner/s should agree to be featured in publicity materials.
21. In case of dispute, the decision of PNB with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
22. All employees of PNB, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, including its Board of Directors and Advisory Board Members and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this promotion.
