Program Mechanics:

1. The offer is valid from August 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

2. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).

3. Details of the Promotion as follows:

*15% discount up to PHP 1,200 per transaction on Hotel Booking with PNB UnionPay Cards

4. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of PNB UnionPay Card (starting with “62“) which bears the UnionPay name and logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must settle payment with their PNB UnionPay Card in order to enjoy the Promotion.

5. The Promotion is applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at the following URL: www.agoda.com/unionpayph and to those who enable the toggle button next to the promotion info displayed on search results page on Agoda App only.

6. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. Any dispute must be resolved directly with Merchant.

7. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel”, and “Book Now, Pay Later” flag do not qualify for the promotion.

8. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions, and the like).

9. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, UnionPay International and/or Agoda with the approval of DTI can change the terms of conditions at any point of time.

10. This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between the Bank and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at the Bank’s sole discretion and for which the Bank is solely responsible and liable.

11. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Promotion landing page after entering a valid UnionPay International card number.
