    • Each principal credit cardholder may have up to nine (9) supplementary credit cards. All supplementary credit cards enjoy free annual fee for life.
  4. How can I pay my bill?
    • You can pay your PNB Credit Card bill through any of the following:
      • PNB
        • ATMs and branches of Philippine National Bank
        • PNB Digital App
        • Automatic Debit Arrangement with PNB Savings/Checking Account

        • ATMs of participating BancNet members

    *Payments made via PNB channels will be reflected on the account within 1-2 banking days after the date of payment.

    *Payment of dollar accounts is only applicable for PNB branches, ADA, and the PNB Digital App. A PNB deposit account (in USD) is needed to proceed with the payment via ADA and the PNB Digital App.

  5. How can I avail of the zero annual fee?
    • You automatically get zero annual fee for life upon successful application. No other requirements in terms of spending or usage are needed.
  6. How does the “No late payment fees” work?
    • You will not automatically be charged a late payment fee for (a) not paying or (b) paying below the minimum amount due as of your due date. Finance charge and other charges will still apply.
  7. How does “No overlimit fees” work?
    • You will not be charged for going over the credit card limit.
  8. Are there any other differences to the fees and charges of the PNB Ze-Lo Mastercard?

    4. Enter the 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) sent via SMS to your mobile number registered with PNB Cards.

    3. Enter your valid PNB Credit Card Number, Card Expiry Date, and Date of Birth.
    4. Enter the Online Activation Code (OAC) sent to your e-mail address registered with PNB Cards.
    5. Enter the 6-digit one-time-PIN (OTP) sent to your mobile number registered with PNB Cards.
    6. Create a new user ID and password for your PNB Digital Account*.
    7. Choose your login option:
      • Password
