  • Recent one (1) month payslip or Certificate of Employment (stating Gross Income, Date Hired, and Position) or ITR or active principal credit card number (with at least 1 year membership)
  • Photo-bearing Government-issued ID with signature (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, TIN (Ecard only), SSS, or UMID or Company ID)
  • Proof of billing (for non-depositor)
    • Utility Bills (electricity, telephone, etc.) or Credit Card Statement of Account

  1. How do I earn 1% rebate on revolve interest?
    • By paying at least the minimum amount due on or before your due date, your statement next month will automatically reflect the following: (a) the revolved interest (finance charge) amount and (b) the 1% rebate. The rebate will also be reflected in your credit card balance.

    • You can apply at any PNB branch. Online application for supplementary credit cards is currently not available.
  4. How many supplementary credit cards can I apply for?
    • Each principal credit cardholder may have up to nine (9) supplementary credit cards. All supplementary credit cards enjoy free annual fee for life.
  5. How can I pay my bill?
    • You can pay your PNB Credit Card bill through any of the following:
      • PNB
        • ATMs and branches of Philippine National Bank
        • PNB Digital App
        • PNB Internet Banking
        • Automatic Debit Arrangement with PNB Savings/Checking Account

    4. Enter the Online Activation Code (OAC) sent to your e-mail address registered with PNB Cards.
    5. Enter the 6-digit one-time-PIN (OTP) sent to your mobile number registered with PNB Cards.
    6. Create a new user ID and password for your PNB Digital Account*.
