Promo Mechanics

I. Qualifications:

The promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

a. Booking Period: April 15, 2025 – September 30, 2025 (inclusive of both dates)

b. Travel Period: April 15, 2025 – April 30, 2026 (inclusive of both dates)

1. User Click through to the following website/app for the following offers:

a) Baseline Offer: https://ph.trip.com/w/pnb (April 15, 2025 – September 30, 2025, inclusive of both dates)

2. User Search for preferred hotel or flight to check for availability.

3. User Insert the following promo code that the User wish to use in the promo code section.

i. Baseline Offer – Hotels: PNBTRIPSTAY, Flights: PNBTRIPFLYS

4. User Make payment with their PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards

IV. Terms and Conditions of Promotion:

1. Offer Duration:

1.1 Booking Period: April 15, 2025, to September 30, 2025.

1.2 Travel Period: April 15, 2025, to April 30, 2026.

1.3 Stay Period: April 15, 2025, to April 30, 2026.

2. Promotion Platform: Available for bookings made on the following website/app for the following offers only:

a) Baseline Offer: https://ph.trip.com/w/pnb (April 15, 2025, to September 30, 2025, inclusive of both dates).

Bookings made on any other page than described under this Promotion Platform will not be eligible

3. Promo Details: Hotel Bookings.

i. Baseline Offer: PNB Cardholders will enjoy 5% off hotel booking with no minimum spend and no cap using the promo code PNBTRIPSTAY on the Promotion Platform during the Booking Period of the baseline offer.

ii. The hotel promo code is only applicable to pre-pay rooms (excluding rooms on promotion and pay at hotel rooms) and transactions shall be made in Philippine Peso (“PHP”). Certain hotels may be excluded from the promotion.

iii. Hotel discount for the promo code applies to the price after taxes and fees have been applied.

4. Promo Details: Flight Bookings

i. Baseline Offer: PNB Cardholders will enjoy 1% off flight booking with no minimum spend and no cap using the promo code PNBTRIPFLYS on the Promotion Platform during the Booking Period of the baseline offer.

ii. The flight promo code is only applicable for transactions made in the Philippine Peso (“PHP”).

iii. Flight discount for the promo code applies to the price before taxes and fees have been applied.

5. Promo is applicable for both new and existing Trip.com users. For new users, PNB cardholders must sign up for a Trip.com account to be able to use the relevant promo codes.

6. Promo is applicable for transactions made with active PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid cards only. Payment made by any other payment modes/bank cards will not be eligible.

7. If the User change a booking for which the User used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. To use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make a new booking within the promotion period.

8. Promo code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.

9. Different hotels/airline partners may have different cancellation policies. Users are advised to read the cancellation policies for the specific hotels/rooms or flights types on Trip.com before booking.

10. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation for this promotion. Other terms and conditions on the hotel/room and flight as specified in the Promotion Platform shall apply.

11. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and Trip.com in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

12. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.13. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
