Terms and Conditions

I. Qualification

 1. The program is open to all active PNB Credit Cardholders.

II. Offer

1. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to a 3% rebate on fuel purchases made at participating Caltex stations (Click here for list of participating Caltex stations).

2. To qualify, total accumulated Caltex purchases should be at least P3,000 for the valid billing cycle.

3. Cardholders will be given the applicable rebate for purchases not exceeding P20,000 each month.

III. Terms and Conditions

 1. Rebates earned by the supplementary cardholder will be pooled under the primary cardholder’s account.

2. The total amount of rebates earned for each month will be reflected in the primary cardholder’s Statement of Account.

3. All disputes on the posted or missing rebates should be raised by the cardholder within 60 days from the covered transaction date/s.  Beyond the said period, Statement of Account, including all Caltex transactions and earned rebates shall be deemed correct. 

4. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items.

5. Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings or discount privileges.

6. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and Caltex.

7. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
