I.Qualification:

 This promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders.

II.Promo Period and Discount:

1 .Promo runs from September 1, 2022 to December 31, 20222. Cardholders are entitled to:

III. How to Avail of Discount:

1. Promo can be availed in all The Orange Bucket branches below:

• San Fernando: MacArthur Highway, City of San Fernando, Pampanga (Beside Colegio De Sebastian)

• Balibago: Mega Tree Suites, 3-G-I Teodoro St. Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga (Back of Max’s Balibago)

• Plaridel, Bulacan: 3825 Cagayan Valley Road, Sitio Centro, Tabang, Plaridel, Bulacan

• Newport City: A1-A6, Palm Tree Villa 2, Newport City, Pasay, Metro Manila

2. The Cardholder must charge the total amount to his/her PNB Card in a single-receipt transaction.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer is valid for dine-in and takeout transactions every Monday to Thursday.

2. The customer has to present his valid physical card and inform the restaurant about his intention to use the card before the bill is generated.

3. The offer is not available during blackout dates of the year. (E.g. Christmas Eve: 24 December 2022; Christmas Day: 25 December 2022; and New Year’s Eve: 31 December 2022)

4. The offer is personal and non-transferable. It is limited per visit only (1 transaction per day) and per cardholder.

5. Other charges and applicable taxes may apply. Compulsory service charge is automatically added to the bill.

6. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

8. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

9. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
