How to pay your bills



Click PAY BILLS on the menu.


Choose source account of payment.


Select Prima Casa Land and Houses Inc. as your biller.


Enter amount and 10- digit Sales Order number



Confirm and enter OTP.


Check your email for your receipt.
For your convenience, you have the option to schedule recurring fixed monthly payments so you no longer have to worry about missing your due date.
  1. What account/s can I use to pay for my Lumina Homes bill?
  2. You can pay using your PNB deposit account or credit card provided that they are enrolled in the PNB Mobile Banking app.
  3. Will I get notified right away?
  4. Once the payment has been successfully posted, PNB will send you a proof of your transaction to your registered email address.
  5. Who can I contact regarding my next billing?
  6. You can contact Lumina Homes through the following:
  7. Is there a limit on the bill amount that I can settle?
  8. There is no limit on the bill amount as long as your available balance is sufficient.
  9. Can I cancel my payment transaction?
  10. No. Payments cannot be cancelled or changed if the transaction has been successfully processed.
  11. Can I save Lumina Homes as my biller and my Sales Order number so that I don’t have to input the details again the next time I pay my bills?
  12. Yes. Upon doing a Bills Payment transaction with a new biller, you shall be asked whether to save the new Biller’s details (Biller Name, Sales Order number and Alias) or not. You are encouraged to save the Biller’s details for your convenience so you don’t have to key in the same details every time you pay your bills.
  13. How soon shall my payment get posted?
  14. It will get posted within 2 – 3 days from the receipt of your payment.
  15. Can I pay after my due date?
  16. Yes. You may pay until the end of your billing month without additional penalties or interests.
  17. Can I pay before my due date?
  18. Yes. Just take note of your Sales Order number in case you haven’t received your latest billing statement yet.
  19. My Lumina Homes bill is not under my name, can I still pay?
  20. Yes. As long as you have the correct Sales Order number of the principal buyer, you may proceed with your payment.
  21. Who can I contact if I encounter problems while paying using the app?
