PNB Digital App Bank Easy, Fly Easy Promo

Terms and Conditions

1. The PNB Digital App Bank Easy, Fly Easy Promo (“Promo”) runs from May 18, 2023 – July 18, 2023 (“Promo Period”).
2. The Promo is open to all PNB accountholders who are enrolled in the PNB Digital App or will enroll during the Promo Period.
3. PNB Digital App users will earn raffle entries by completing eligible transactions in the PNB Digital App as enumerated below. The more transactions, the more raffle entries will be earned.

4. The following prizes will be given to the winners:

5. A PNB Digital App user can win only once. In case his/her name is drawn for the major and minor prizes, he/she will receive the major prize.
6. PNB Digital App users may inquire about their raffle entries earned by calling PNB Customer Care at (02) 8573-8888 MM or by sending an email to customercare@pnb.com.ph.
7. Winners will be drawn electronically in the presence of a DTI representative online. The Raffle Draw will be held on August 1, 2023.
8. Winners will be notified via their registered mobile number, e-mail address, or registered mail, which shall include details of the prize, and redemption process. Winners shall provide their consent to disclose their name/details to third parties for purposes of promotion, awarding of prize, etc.
9. In case a winner does not have a recorded valid e-mail address with his/her branch of account, he/she needs to nominate a valid e-mail address where he/she will receive the prize details.
10. The names of the winners will be validated against PNB’s records. A winner will be disqualified from the Promo and forfeit the prize if he/she no longer has an existing banking relationship with PNB within the Promo Period and Raffle Draw date. In case of disqualification, another winner shall be drawn.
11. An e-mail containing a unique PAL Gift Card (GC) Number and PIN code will be sent to each winner. Winner must enter the said PAL GC number and PIN code to purchase Philippine Airlines tickets and/or Travel Extras (except for Travel Insurance and myPAL Upgrade).
12. The email containing the GC number and PIN code will be sent to the winners within 10 working days from validation of winners.
13. PAL Gift Cards can be used to pay for tickets and select Travel Extras through the following channels:
    • philippineairlines.com
    • PAL Mobile App
    • PAL Ticket Office
    • PAL Reservations hotline (632) 8855-8888
14. PAL Gift Cards may be spent in increments until the total amount is fully used.
15. If the purchase amount equals the available PAL GC balance, the value will be fully used. If the purchase amount exceeds the PAL GC’s redeemable balance, the excess may be paid through other acceptable forms of payment.
    • You can use up to a maximum of two (2) forms of payment for a single transaction with a combination of either any of the following: Gift Card(s), Voucher(s) and any acceptable forms of payment.
    • After your transaction, the amount of the PAL Gift Card will be updated, including any remaining balance, and it will remain valid under the same terms.
16. PAL Gift Cards are transferable and can be used to pay for a Philippine Airlines ticket or select Travel Extras of another customer. To use the GC, the new user needs to input the GC number and PIN code upon purchase.

18. The 20% tax on prizes shall be for the account of PNB.
19. Each of the winning PNB Digital App user shall authorize PNB to disclose and publish his/her name, including other particulars as determined by PNB, and shall participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by PNB in announcing the winners to the general public.
20. This Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing bank promotion.
21. Prizes are non-cumulative, cannot be swapped or exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
22. PNB employees, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this Promo. Employees and owners of agency/ies on record of PNB shall also be disqualified from this Promo.
23. Any dispute or issue regarding the Promo, including but not limited to the eligibility of a PNB Digital App user or PNB accountholder, coverage dates, winners, prizes, or awarding, will be resolved by PNB. In such case, PNB’s decision shall be final, with prior approval of DTI.
