How to Pay via QR Ph Code 
You can pay your bills via QR if you see the QR Ph logo in your biller’s statement of account.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What account/s can I use to pay for my bills?
- You can pay using your PNB deposit account or Credit Card, provided that it is enrolled in PNB Digital. Kindly note that you cannot use Budget Checking and Direct Deposit accounts as a source to pay bills.
- Can I pay before my due date?
- Yes, we strongly encourage you to pay your bills at least 3 banking days before the due date.
- Can I pay after my due date?
- Yes. You may still settle your bill past the due date. However, please note that the bank will not be liable for any penalties and consequences your biller may impose.
- The bill is not under my name, can I still pay for it?
- Yes. As long as you have the reference number, you can pay any bills anytime.
- Can I save the information of my biller?
- Yes. After performing a successful Bills Payment transaction with a new biller, you may choose to save the biller’s details (Biller Name, Reference Number and Alias) or not. You are encouraged to save the biller’s details for your convenience, so you do not have to key in the same details every time you pay your bills.
- Is there a limit on the bill amount that I can settle?
- There is no limit on the bill amount if your available balance or credit card limit is sufficient to cover the payment.
- Is there a fee for Bills Payment service?
- Most billers do not charge a service fee for payment transactions made via PNB Digital. Any applicable fees will be displayed once you review your payment details before you approve the transaction.

- What is the cut-off time for me to pay my bills?
- You can pay your bills anytime. Payments will be reflected to your PNB account on the same banking day if made before 8:00PM (Philippine Standard Time). Payments made 8:00 PM onwards and on non-banking days will be posted to your PNB account on the next banking day.
- How soon will my payment be posted to my biller account?
- Your transaction may take 2-3 banking days for your payment to be posted with your biller except billers that provide real-time posting (see next item).
- Are there billers that have real-time posting?
- We are continuously looking for ways to make your bills payment better. For now, payments to Meralco may be posted real-time depending on the transaction time.
- Payments will be posted to your Meralco account in real-time if made from 7:00AM to 6:59PM (Philippine Time) daily, including weekends and holidays. If payment was made from 12:00AM to 6:59AM, it will be posted by 7:00AM on the same day.
- Payments made after 6:59PM will be posted to your Meralco account by 7:00 AM on the next calendar day.
- We are continuously looking for ways to make your bills payment better. For now, payments to Meralco may be posted real-time depending on the transaction time.
- What are the types of payment that can be scheduled?
- You can easily set one-time or a recurring scheduled payment to billers with fixed reference numbers such as credit cards, telco and internet providers.
- What are the available frequencies for recurring transfers?
- You can set your scheduled payments to be processed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Who are eligible to use this feature?
- You can avail this feature if you have an active eligible CASA as source account or an active eligible PNB Credit Card as source account. Make sure your account status is active and sufficiently funded to cover the amount and/or applicable fees at the time of the scheduled transaction processing.
- How can I monitor my pending scheduled transactions?
- To check the status of your scheduled requests, access the app, go to More and tap Manage Transactions. Tap Scheduled Bills Pay tab. All pending transactions will be displayed.
- Can I still cancel my scheduled payment? How?
- You can still cancel your request before the set scheduled date. To cancel your request, go to More and tap Manage Transactions. Tap Scheduled Bills Pay tab. To cancel, either swipe left on the transaction card or tap the specific transaction, then tap the Delete icon.
- How will I know if my pending scheduled transactions were processed?
- We advise you to regularly monitor your scheduled transactions. You will receive an email notification and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number once the transaction has been processed. In case of unsuccessful transactions, we advise you to transact immediately to avoid any penalties for your dues.
- How will I know if I can pay a biller via QR Code?
- You will know that you can pay your bills via QR if you will see the QR Ph code or icon (see below) in your biller’s statement of account.

- What are the benefits of paying via QR Ph Code?
- Paying via QR is more convenient. Basic information/ payments details, such as Biller Name, Subscriber/Reference Number and/or payment amount are automatically reflected in your bills pay screen. You just have to review and authorize the transaction.
- How soon will my payment be posted to my biller account?
- Successful payments will be transmitted via InstaPay. Posting or processing of payments to the biller follows the standard turnaround time which is 2-3 banking days. You may check with your biller on how soon payment/s will be posted/reflected at their end.
- Will I get notified right away?
- Once the payment has been successfully processed, PNB will send you a proof of your transaction to your registered email address.
- Can I cancel my payment transaction?
- Payments cannot be cancelled or changed if the transaction has been successfully processed.
- Who can I contact regarding my next billing?
- You can directly contact your service provider or biller to ask them about your next billing.
- How do I report a Bills Payment problem?
- You can report transactional problems/errors by contacting PNB through Customer Care (+632) 8573-8888 / customercare@pnb.com.ph or visit a PNB Branch near you.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What account/s can I use to pay for my bills?
- You can pay using your PNB deposit account or Credit Card, provided that it is enrolled in PNB Digital. Kindly note that you cannot use Budget Checking and Direct Deposit accounts as a source to pay bills.
- Can I pay before my due date?
- Yes, we strongly encourage you to pay your bills at least 3 banking days before the due date.
- Can I pay after my due date?
- Yes. You may still settle your bill past the due date. However, please note that the bank will not be liable for any penalties and consequences your biller may impose.
- The bill is not under my name, can I still pay for it?
- Yes. As long as you have the reference number, you can pay any bills anytime.
- Can I save the information of my biller?
- Yes. After performing a successful Bills Payment transaction with a new biller, you may choose to save the biller’s details (Biller Name, Reference Number and Alias) or not. You are encouraged to save the biller’s details for your convenience, so you do not have to key in the same details every time you pay your bills.
- Is there a limit on the bill amount that I can settle?
- There is no limit on the bill amount if your available balance or credit card limit is sufficient to cover the payment.
- Is there a fee for Bills Payment service?
- Most billers do not charge a service fee for payment transactions made via PNB Digital. Any applicable fees will be displayed once you review your payment details before you approve the transaction.
- Which biller charges a service fee for payment transactions?

- What is the cut-off time for me to pay my bills?
- You can pay your bills anytime. Payments will be reflected to your PNB account on the same banking day if made before 8:00PM (Philippine Standard Time). Payments made 8:00 PM onwards and on non-banking days will be posted to your PNB account on the next banking day.
- How soon will my payment be posted to my biller account?
- Your transaction may take 2-3 banking days for your payment to be posted with your biller except billers that provide real-time posting (see next item).
- Are there billers that have real-time posting?
- We are continuously looking for ways to make your bills payment better. For now, payments to Meralco may be posted real-time depending on the transaction time.
- Payments will be posted to your Meralco account in real-time if made from 7:00AM to 6:59PM (Philippine Time) daily, including weekends and holidays. If payment was made from 12:00AM to 6:59AM, it will be posted by 7:00AM on the same day.
- Payments made after 6:59PM will be posted to your Meralco account by 7:00 AM on the next calendar day.
- We are continuously looking for ways to make your bills payment better. For now, payments to Meralco may be posted real-time depending on the transaction time.
- What are the types of payment that can be scheduled?
- You can easily set one-time or a recurring scheduled payment to billers with fixed reference numbers such as credit cards, telco and internet providers.
- What are the available frequencies for recurring transfers?
- You can set your scheduled payments to be processed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Who are eligible to use this feature?
- You can avail this feature if you have an active eligible CASA as source account or an active eligible PNB Credit Card as source account. Make sure your account status is active and sufficiently funded to cover the amount and/or applicable fees at the time of the scheduled transaction processing.
- How can I monitor my pending scheduled transactions?
- To check the status of your scheduled requests, access the app, go to More and tap Manage Transactions. Tap Scheduled Bills Pay tab. All pending transactions will be displayed.
- Can I still cancel my scheduled payment? How?
- You can still cancel your request before the set scheduled date. To cancel your request, go to More and tap Manage Transactions. Tap Scheduled Bills Pay tab. To cancel, either swipe left on the transaction card or tap the specific transaction, then tap the Delete icon.
- How will I know if my pending scheduled transactions were processed?
- We advise you to regularly monitor your scheduled transactions. You will receive an email notification and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number once the transaction has been processed. In case of unsuccessful transactions, we advise you to transact immediately to avoid any penalties for your dues.
- How will I know if I can pay a biller via QR Code?
- You will know that you can pay your bills via QR if you will see the QR Ph code or icon (see below) in your biller’s statement of account. This is currently available for select billers.
- What are the benefits of paying via QR Ph Code?
- Paying via QR is more convenient. Basic information/ payments details, such as Biller Name, Subscriber/Reference Number and/or payment amount are automatically reflected in your bills pay screen. You just have to review and authorize the transaction.
- How soon will my payment be posted to my biller account?
- Successful payments will be transmitted via InstaPay. Posting or processing of payments to the biller follows the standard turnaround time which is 2-3 banking days. You may check with your biller on how soon payment/s will be posted/reflected at their end.
- Will I get notified right away?
- Once the payment has been successfully processed, PNB will send you a proof of your transaction to your registered email address.
- Can I cancel my payment transaction?
- Payments cannot be cancelled or changed if the transaction has been successfully processed.
- Who can I contact regarding my next billing?
- You can directly contact your service provider or biller to ask them about your next billing.
- How do I report a Bills Payment problem?
- You can report transactional problems/errors by contacting PNB through Customer Care (+632) 8573-8888 / customercare@pnb.com.ph
