How to pay your bills online with PNB Digital?

1. Click the Pay Bills Button.
2. Choose your preferred source account.
3. Select your merchant/biller.
4. Enter the account/reference number and amount.
5. Enter the 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
6. A successful transaction notification shall be sent to your registered email and mobile number.

  1. What account/s can I use to pay for my bills?
    • You can pay using your PNB deposit account, provided that it is enrolled in PNB Digital.
Due Dates    
  1. Can I pay before my due date?
    • Yes, we strongly encourage you to pay your bills at least 3 banking days before the due date.
  2. Can I pay after my due date?
    • Yes. You may still settle your bill past the due date. However, please note that the bank will not be liable for any penalties and consequences your biller may impose.
Billers    
  1. The bill is not under my name, can I still pay for it?
    • Yes. As long as you have the reference number, you can pay any bills anytime.
  2. Can I save the information of my biller?
    • Yes. After performing a successful Bills Payment transaction with a new biller, you may choose to save the biller’s details (Biller Name, Reference Number and Alias) or not. You are encouraged to save the biller’s details for your convenience, so you do not have to key in the same details every time you pay your bills.
  1. Is there a limit on the bill amount that I can settle?
    • There is no limit on the bill amount if your available balance is sufficient to cover the payment.
  2. Is there a fee for Bills Payment service?
    • There is no fee for Bills Payment service.
  3. Will I get charged for late payments?
    • Charge for late bills payment differs per biller.
  1. What is the cut-off time for bill payments?
    • You can pay your bills anytime. Payments received after the 8:00PM cut-off time will be posted on the next banking day.
Notifications    
  1. Will I get notified right away?
    • Once the payment has been successfully processed, PNB will send you a proof of your transaction to your registered email address.
Cancellations    
  1. Can I cancel my payment transaction?
    • Payments cannot be cancelled or changed if the transaction has been successfully processed.
  1. Who can I contact regarding my next billing?
    • You can directly contact your service provider or biller to ask them about your next billing.
  2. How do I report a Bills Payment problem?
