As part of its continuing efforts to strengthen customer relationships, Philippine National Bank (PSE: PNB) kicked-off its annual Chinese New Year celebration with a dinner party for its valued clients at the Century Park Hotel last February 7.

In his message during the event, PNB President and CEO Wick Veloso recalled how PNB has been a steady and reliable financial partner of the Filipinos for more than a century. He likewise reiterated PNB’s commitment to its brand promise of serving its customers first.

“We shall always endeavor to deliver the best services for each customer,” he said.“We are going to make sure that the PNB Brand is a brand of excellence, committed to ‘Customer First.’ We shall always get customer feedback so we can provide the best customer experience and the right products and solutions that fit their every need.”

The guests were treated to a sumptuous dinner feast and world-class entertainment as they welcomed the Year of the Earth Pig. Lucky members of the audience also won Mabuhay Miles and other special prizes in the raffle. PNB’s latest product offerings and innovations were introduced during the program.

The Manila event was just the first part of a three-part series. The client appreciation dinner party was also held for customers in Davao and another one will be held in Cebu.
