How to transfer funds with PNB Mobile Banking?

- What account/s can I use to transfer funds?
- You can use your debit, passbook, or checking account for as long as they are enrolled in PNB Digital Banking. Kindly note that you cannot use budget checking as a source of funds to transfer to other accounts.
- How much is the transfer fee per transaction?
- Transfer fee for PESONet transactions is PhP30, while for InstaPay is PhP50.
- How much is the limit per transfer?
- PESONet has a limit of PhP100,000 while InstaPay has a limit of PhP50,000 per transaction.
- How much is the limit of transfers per day?
- Daily transfer limit is PhP600,000 each for both PESONet and InstaPay.
- Until what time can I transfer the funds?
- You can transfer money anytime. However, for PESONet, all transfer requests must be made before 12 noon during banking days in order for funds to be credited to the recipient’s account on the same day. InstaPay has no cut-off time and money can be credited anytime.
- Can I reverse my fund transfer transaction?
- Once the transaction has been successful and debited from your account, the transaction you wish to cancel cannot be reverted.
- Will there be instances for unsuccessful credit to the receiving bank?
- Yes, the final credit to the payee account may not be successfully processed by the receiving bank for several reasons such as:
- Invalid payee account number (may be incorrect, closed, dormant, blocked, frozen)
- There is a mismatch in the name of the payee account from the name submitted
- The currency of the payee account is not a qualified PHP account
- What should I do if my funds transfer transaction is unsuccessful?
- You can report transactional problems/errors by contacting PNB through Customer Care (+632) 8573-8888 / customercare@pnb.com.ph or visit a PNB branch near you.
