  1. Log in to PNB Internet Banking
  2. On the menu, click the “UITFs” then select “Enroll in UITF Online”
  3. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the PNB UITF Online Service Agreement and Omnibus Participating Trust Agreement.
  4. Accomplish the UITF Client Suitability Assessment (CSA) Form and click Submit. *Your CSA result is important in determining which type of investment is suited for you.
  5. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the General Risk Disclosure Statement.
  6. Nominate your settlement account. You must nominate a Peso settlement account if you intend to invest in a Peso-denominated UITF or a Dollar settlement account if you want to invest in a Dollar-denominated UITF.
  7. Wait for the notification that your UITF enrollment is successful.
  1. In the UITF Menu, select “Make an Investment”
  2. Select the UITF product you wish to invest
  3. Click “Invest” then select “Direct Investment”
  4. Agree to the Specific Risk Disclosure Statement
  5. Select your Source Account and enter the amount you wish to invest.
  6. Click Continue once you have confirmed your investment details.
  7. Check your email to see details of your COP which contains the details of your placement.
  1. Log in to PNB Internet Banking
  2. On the menu, click the “UITFs” then select “Enroll Existing UITF Placement”
  3. Input the following details that are found in your Confirmation of Participation (COP) issued by maintaining branch:
    • ✓ COP Number
    • ✓ Account Name
    • ✓ Fund Name
    • ✓ Date of Participation
    • ✓ Principal
    • ✓ Branch Name
    • ✓ NAVPU on Date of Participation
    • ✓ Number of Units
  4. Review information and wait for the confirmation of the enrollment.
  1. What are the requirements to enroll in PNB UITF Online?
    • Only existing PNB customers that are at least 18 years old can enroll in UITF Online. You must also have an active PNB Savings or Checking Account where the proceeds of your UITF participation shall be credited upon redemption.
  2. What account/s can I nominate for PNB UITF?
    • There is no need for you to go to a PNB branch to open a UITF account. You can nominate any active PNB Savings/Checking account.
  3. How much is the minimum and maximum investment I can place?
    • Minimum initial participation/investment is Php 2,000 (for Dream Builder Money Market Fund), Php10,000 (for Peso funds) and USD100 (for Dollar funds).
  4. Can I make direct investments even if I don’t have enough funds?
    • Yes. You can still participate through the Auto Investment Plan (AIP). The PNB AIP is an arrangement that caters to clients who want to regularly set aside a portion of their savings for automatic investment to a UITF of their choice. The funds are temporarily lodged/deposited in the client’s AIP Account which will automatically be collected and invested once it reaches the required minimum participation amount.
  5. Are there limits on the products and placements I can avail?
    • No. You can invest in any UITF and have multiple subscriptions/ participations per fund.
  6. Can I still invest in products beyond my risk appetite?
    • Yes. But you need to confirm/agree to the Waiver of Suitability Results. The waiver documents your approval and confirmation that you understand the risk of investing in a UITF beyond your risk appetite.
  7. How long is the holding period of my investment?
    • It depends on the chosen UITF. It ranges from 5 banking to 30 calendar days.
  8. Can I withdraw investment prior the holding period of my fund?
    • Yes, but this will be subject to early redemption charges which is equivalent to 50% of the income earned, if any.
  9. How can I redeem my investment?
    • Follow these simple steps:
      • Log in to PNB Internet Banking
      • On the “UITFs” tab, select “UITF Portfolio List/ Section”
      • Then click the fund you want to redeem
      • Click “Redeem” on the corresponding COP
      • Select if “Full Redemption” or “Partial Redemption”
      • Tick the box beside the statement of Disclaimer/ Reminder
      • Click “Continue” and proceed with succeeding steps until the confirmation page
  10. When will my redemption be credited to my account?
    • It depends on the fund you participated into. It ranges from same day to 3 banking days.
  11. Are these guaranteed to have returns on me?
    • No. It is stated in the UITF Disclosure that returns are not guaranteed, no principal protection and not insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).
