PNB Savings Bank launches fully digital branch


The new PNB Savings Bank digital branch is now open to provide clients with an interactive digital banking experience. It is equipped with smart digital technologies that simplify banking transactions. Interactive touch screens, self-service kiosks, tablets, full-function automated teller machines (ATMs), chatbot, telemedicine kiosk, fun virtual games — the branch has it all. This new hub is located at the ground floor of ETON Square Ortigas in San Juan City.

Unlike traditional bank branches, the digital hub has no bank tellers and promotes paperless transactions. Everything is carried out through self-service facilities. Its friendly interior exudes a casual and relaxing vibe. Well-trained and courteous Universal Officers are on-site to help clients get acquainted and comfortable with the digital facilities. The Universal Officers may also provide financial advice to help clients choose the best financial solutions and services that are tailor-fit to their needs and lifestyle.

Opening an account and applying for a loan are also simplified with the available customer on-boarding tablets in the branch. It will only take a few simple steps to complete the process.

Self-service kiosks are also available for clients to do their internet banking transactions or use its educational feature to interact with its chatbot named AIko. Clients can read up on various lifestyle articles through the interactive touch screens or play the Catch the Power Saver Pigs Kinect Game.

This digital branch boasts of the first GRG H34NL Full-Function ATM in the country that offers unparalleled performance and flexibility, with rich functionalities that include high-capacity bank note dispensing and intelligent cash, check, and mixed deposits processing. With this machine, clients no longer need to line up to deposit cash and check payments and they can enjoy fast and reliable transactions with real-time crediting. The GRG H34NL Full-Function ATM will soon be available in other PNB Savings Bank branches.

The branch is also the first to house a Medgate Telemedicine Kiosk in the country. Power Saver Account holders or Smart Multi-Purpose Loan clients can use the facility to do tele-consultations with Philippine-based licensed doctors.
