  • Cash-Pick-Up at any PNB Branch – real time
  • Credit to accounts with other banks within the Megalink and Bancnet network – 1 to 2 days.
  • Door to Door
    • Metro Manila and Major Cities – 1 day
    • Provincial – 1 to 5 days

Sino ang pwedeng gumamit ng Web Remit

  • US residents at least 18 years and above
  • May residence address sa United States at mayroong valid and active email address
  • May valid savings/checking deposit account with a U.S. financial institution

  3. Gamitin ang email as username at ilagay ang temporary password

For added security, maaaring i-require sayo ng PNB RCI na mag provide ng PNB Code for each unique account na ie-enroll mo. Ang PNB RCI ay mabibigay ng small deposit sa iyong account kasama ng PNB Code na kailangan mong i-supply para ma-activate ang iyong account. Para i-activate ang iyong account gamit ang PNB Code na makikita sa iyong Bank’s Statement of Account or Online Statement, kailangan mo gawin ang isa sa mga sumusunod: Note: This security process will be done for the first transaction using the new account
PNB Web Remit has made a small deposit to your account noong una kang nagpadala ng remittance. Makikita mo ang PNB Code sa iyong Bank’s Statement of Account or Online Account. Once found, maa-activate mo ang iyong account pag ikaw ay nag log in na sa pnbwebremit.com at nai-input mo ang PNB Code sa “My Source Accounts” tab. If you are not able to locate it, please call PNB RCI at 1-855-889-7788 for assistance.
Yes. Kung ikaw ay nakapag register at nakapag verify ng iyong account, mag login lang sa www.pnbwebremit.com at mag add ng new beneficiary/ies. I-click lamang ang My Beneficiries > Add Beneficiary button at i-provide ang mga required information para makapag enroll ng new beneficiary.
Maaari kang mag send up to $500 per transaction. Remittances of new remitters are subject for validation. Maximum allowable amount within rolling 3 days is $2999 for online transactions and the maximum allowable amount within rolling 30 days is $5000 for transactions sent through Phone and Web Remit. If you need to send more than $5000 within a rolling 30 days, you must visit one of our branches. We have no remittance limit at our branches.
Pag na-complete mo na ang iyong transaction, may matatanggap kang official receipt na may kasamang Reference Number . Maaari mo din ma-check ang iyong remittance history at i-reprint ang copy ng iyong remittance receipt. Ang PNB RCI ay maaari din magpadala ng confirmation message once transaction is already available sa iyong receiver. Please note na kailangan mo iprovide ang mobile ng number ng iyong receiver para siya ay makatanggap ng confirmation message.
Ang pag report ng transactions ay limited lamang sa kung ano ang covered ng U.S. at Philippine Laws sa anti-terrorism at anti-money laundering (i.e. U.S. Patriot Act, OFAC). Some Web Remit transactions may be reported to US regulatory entities.

Pumunta sa www.pnbwebremit.com. I-click ang Login > “Forgot Password”. I-check ang iyong designated email address para sa new temporary password at gamitin ito para maka login.
Oo. Ang access mo ay maba-block if you fail to answer the security questions na sinet-up mo nung ikaw ay nag enroll. If blocked, contact customer service so that your access can be reset and you can set-up your security access again.

  5. Check/Tick on the “Use TLS 1.2”. Press the “Apply” button.
  6. Then, press the “OK” button.
For Google Chrome:
  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Go to “Settings”.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and select “Show advanced settings…”
  4. Scroll down to the “Network” section then click on “Change proxy settings…”
  5. Select the “Advanced” tab.
  6. Locate the “Security” section.
  7. Check/Tick on the “Use TLS 1.2”. Press the “Apply” button.
  8. Then, press the “OK” button.
  9. Close your Google Chrome internet browser and re-start your computer or mobile device.
For FireFox:
  1. Open FireFox.
  2. Type in “about:config” in the URL bar and press Enter.
  3. Scroll down to “security.tls.version.max” or type this phrase on the Search field and press enter.
  4. Set the value to 3.
  5. Then, press the “OK” button.
  6. Close your Firefox internet browser and re-start your computer or mobile device.
For Opera:
  1. Open Opera.
  2. Click Ctrl+F12 to go to “Settings”.
  3. Click on “Security”.
  4. Click on “Security Protocols…” or Scroll down to the “Network” section, click on Change proxy settings and select the “Advanced” tab.
  5. Check/Tick on the “Enable TLS 1.2” or “Use TLS 1.2”. Press the “Apply” button.
  6. Then, Press the “OK” button.
  7. Close your Opera internet browser and re-start your computer or mobile device.
For Safari:
  1. There are no options for enabling SSL protocols. If you are using Safari version 7 or greater, TLS 1.2 is automatically enabled.
