PNB UITF Online Electronic Raffle Promo
Promo Mechanics
Under this promotion, eligible PNB Digital users can participate in an electronic raffle draw to win UITF investments (PNB Peso Prime Money Market Fund) subject to the following program mechanics:
- Promo Duration
- The PNB UITF Online Electronic Raffle Promo shall run from April 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
- Eligibility
- PNB Digital clients who have enrolled in the PNB UITF online facility are eligible to participate in the promotion.
- All employees of Philippine National Bank, ad agency, merchants etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
- Program Methodology
- Every Php2,000 investment in any peso UITF or USD100 in any dollar UITF shall entitle the client to one raffle entry.
- All new and additional UITF investments for the month shall be entitled to a raffle entry and shall be drawn within the first week of the following month. Non-winning raffle entries shall be excluded in the subsequent draws.
- There is no limit as to the number of electronic raffle coupons that a client can accumulate.
- Conduct of Draw
- A customer can only win once per draw date.
- The electronic raffle draw shall be conducted within the first week of the following month covering all new and additional participations done in the previous month.

- PNB-TBG shall invite a representative from PNB Internal Audit during the actual draw to witness and supervise the following activities:
- Loading of raffle entries in the electronic raffle program;
- Generation of raffle winners
- PNB reserves the right to pick out another winner in case any winner is subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified to participate in the promotion.
- Prizes
- A total of eighteen (18) winners will be drawn from the pool of eligible customers by PNB on the stated date above using an electronic raffle program and to be witnessed by a PNB internal audit representative.
- Each winner will each receive a Php5,000 investment in the PNB Prime Peso Money Market Fund.
- Out of the 18 winners, 9 will be selected from the pool of new investors while the other 9 will be drawn from pool of existing investors.
- The list of qualified new UITF enrollees and the list of qualified UITF investors for the period shall be generated and extracted from the digital system for the covered period. The list will be loaded in the electronic raffle program.
- Prize distribution shall be as follows:

Prizes shall automatically be invested to the UITF portfolio of the winning raffle winner.
- Winners will be informed via their registered email addresses.
- Tax (including the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the client.

The UITF is a Trust Product, not a deposit account and is not insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).
The UITF is not an obligation of, nor guaranteed, nor insured by the Trustee, its affiliates or subsidiaries.
Due to the nature of the investments, the returns/yields cannot be guaranteed and historical performance, when presented, is purely for reference purposes and is not a guarantee of similar future performance.
That any losses and income arising from market fluctuations and price volatility of the securities held by the UITF, even if invested in government securities, are for the account of the client. As such, the units of participation of the client in the UITF, when redeemed, may be worth more or worth less than his/her initial investment/contribution.
The Trustee is not liable for any loss unless upon willful default, bad faith, or gross negligence of the trustee.
The investor must read the complete details of the fund in the UITF’s Declaration of Trust, make his/her own risk assessment, and when necessary, seek an independent/ professional opinion before making an investment.
