Promo Mechanics:

I. Qualification:

The Promo is open to selected principal PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles MasterCard Credit cardholders. Corporate, Distribution, and Personal Installment cards are excluded from this promotion.

II. Promo Period:

Promo is from October 4 to November 4, 2021, with the following schedule as stated below:

III. Reward Details:

1. Qualified PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Mastercard Credit cardholders will get a P250 e-voucher for every accumulated online spend of P10,000 (maximum of P1000) during the promo.

2. Valid for online transactions only.

3. Qualified transactions are those made within the promo period.

IV. Registration Process:

1. To qualify for the Promo, Cardholder must register and create an account at the URL which will be sent by PNB Cards via SMS. Along with the unique URL registration link, a unique registration code will also be sent to the Cardholder via SMS. Upon clicking the unique URL registration link, the Cardholder will be directed to PNB’s Rewards Page.

2. The Cardholder will be required to enter his/her unique registration code for account creation.

3. The Cardholder must register during the promo period.

4. Only the successful registered accounts (with the correct registration code) will be qualified for the promo.

5. By registering for the promo, the Cardholder agrees that any information provided on the promo website will be subject to the confidentiality and security terms of the third-party entity managing the site for PNB.

6. Further, the Cardholder agrees to receive SMS in relation to the promo confirming earning of reward upon completion of qualified purchases.

V. Redemption Process:

1. The PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Credit cardholder who has successfully registered on the website and met the spend requirements qualifying him/her in the promo will be notified via SMS from INSTAPERX of the available reward credits earned for eVoucher redemption. 

2. To redeem the reward, the pre-selected Cardholder must log in to the PNB Rewards Page using the unique ID used for registration.

3. The cardholder may select any of the preferred eVoucher in the Rewards Catalog.

4. Upon “Check Out,” the Cardholder will be prompted to register his/her mobile number and INSTAPERX will send an SMS to the Cardholder’s registered number. It has the unique code, voucher redemption period, and other eVoucher details, which will be used for eVoucher redemption at the selected partner merchant store/s.

5. Cardholder may redeem the eVoucher rewards up to 60 days upon receipt.

VI. Terms and Conditions:

1. Qualified transactions are all straight retail local online transactions.

2. The following transactions are excluded from the promo:

• Quasi-cash / casino gaming transactions, service merchant transactions (gasoline, supermarket, and drugstores)
• Installment transactions (ZAPP, Balance Transfer, Convert-To-Cash, and Transaction Conversion)
• ATM transactions (cash advance, utility bills payment, etc.)
• Transactions done by travel agency or online travel aggregator
• Transactions involving cryptocurrency and other financial instruments
• Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance, and the like
• Mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, PayPal, Coins.ph, and the like)
• Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded.

3. A Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promo in the event that his/her PNB Credit Card/s become/s delinquent, or is suspended, cancelled, or terminated before the awarding of the Reward.

4. Promo discount is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or exchanged for other items.

5. Promo offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings or discount privileges.

6. Breaking or splitting of transactions is not allowed.

7. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

8. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
