Own a Philippine Home Loan (OPHL)

OPHL Requirements

  • Acceptable US FICO Score and credit history.
  • Duly accomplished loan application form
  • Non-refundable PROCESSING fee of $200.00
  • APPRAISAL fee of $150.00/For Construction, $300.00 (refundable only if no appraisal was made)
  • Photocopy of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 2 years PLUS W-2 forms for the last 2 years
  • If EMPLOYED: Copies of pay-stubs for the last 2 consecutive months
  • If SELF-EMPLOYED: Audited Financial Statements of the business for the last 3 years
  • Bank statements for the last 2 consecutive months (checking and savings) - same months as pay stubs
  • Legible photocopy of owner/developer's title to the property (OCT) Original Certificate of Title (OCT), Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT)
  • Tax declaration of the Property: (a) on the land; and (b) building/improvement, if any
  • Approved survey/lot plan (signed by geodetic engineer)/location plan with vicinity map
  • Current Real Estate Tax Receipt
  • Real Estate Tax Clearance from the city/municipality where property is located
  • Credit and Financial Authorization Form (PNB Form as attached in the Application Form)
  • Collateral Appraisal/Reappraisal Authorization (PNB Form as attached in the Application Form)

Additional Documents required for House Construction Financing:

  • Complete architect's plans/specifications of the proposed house
  • Cost estimate of the proposed construction (the bill of materials) with detailed quantity take-off of each structure from footing to roofing

SSS CONTRIBUTION PAYMENTS

To our Valued Clients,

SSS will be implementing a new contribution schedule effective April 1, 2019. In view of this, please be advised of the following:

  • Q1 (Jan - Mar) payments will be accepted until April 30, 2019

  • Q2 to Q4 (Apr - Dec) payments will be accepted starting May 1, 2019

We encourage you to schedule your SSS payments accordingly.
