Beneficiaries with no bank accounts may be able to receive funds through payment at PNB branches. They are advised by text message to come to the nearest PNB branch, where they are paid upon presentation of acceptable identification. As such, remitters should provide the overseas processing branch the beneficiary's mobile phone number. It shall become the remitters' initiative to notify the beneficiary should a mobile phone number cannot be provided. This form of remittance service may take from 1 to 3 banking days.
