Through PNB's Overseas Bills Payment facility, you can pay for yours and your family's essential and recurring bills, even if you're far away. Pay for SSS and PAGIBIG contribution and loan payments, real estate down payment and monthly amortization, insurance, credit card bill, among others. Have the assurance and peace of mind that these important bills are paid on time.

How to Pay your Bills with OBPS

Walk-In

Go to the PNB New York branch in Manhattan or to the PNB New York - Queens Extension Office to pay. Indicate the name of the biller transaction to be made and pay for it. A remittance transaction receipt will be issued for each successful payment.

 
 
 
 
 

PNB New York's Queens Office Resumption of Business Operations Effective May 18, 2020

Please be informed that our Queens Office will resume its banking operations with the following temporary business hours starting Monday, May 18, 2020:

Open from 10:00 AM to 1:00PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri & Sat)

Closed (Wed & Sun)


Meanwhile, Manhattan Branch has also resumed its business operations with temporary banking hours from 10:00AM to 1:00PM (Monday to Friday), since May 4, 2020.
