Internet Remittance Service Guide



What you need before you can avail of the service
  1. Must have done a one time remittance with PNB to be able to get 14-digit reference number.
  2. Must be enrolled with the i-Banking facility of DBS, POSB or UOB.
    • To have a Secure ID gadget.
    • To have the OTP (One Time-Pin) for confirmation of the transaction.


How to Remit through PNB Internet Remittance Services – POSB/DBS
  1. Log-in to the DBS/POSB Website

  2. Click
     Pay 
    , a dropdown list will appear, then Choose
     Pay Bills 


  3. Log-in with IB Secure Device or Log-in with SMS

  4. In the Select Payment Option, Choose
     Billing Organization not in my pre-arranged list 


  5. From the Billing Organization List, Choose
     "Philippine National Bank" 


    5.1 A POP-UP MESSAGE will appear on the screen

    5.2 In the pop-up message, choose
     "No, Not this time" 
    button


  6. Click
     "Next" 
    then Key-in the Bill Reference No. (This is the 14-digit reference no.)

  7. Choose the Account to Debit

  8. Key in the amount you want to send, adding SGD5.00 as the remittance fee, the FX conversion rate from SGD to PHP can be seen at our website (http://www.pnb.com.ph/singapore) or you may call 67374646 extension 2.

  9. Choose the payment type either
     "immediate" 
    or
     "Future Transfer" 


  10. A summary of the transaction will be shown and you will need to key in your OTP (One Time-Pin) to confirm the transaction.

  11. You will now be shown a Summary of the Completed Transaction. (It is suggested that you print this for your personal reference).


How to remit through PNB Internet Remittance Service - UOB
  1. Log-in to the UOB Website.
  2. Choose Bills Payment.
  3. Choose "Philippine National Bank" from the drop down choices.
    3.a. For DBS/POSB Choose "No, Not this time" button from the Pop-up message
  4. Choose account to debit
  5. Key in the amount you want to send, adding SGD5.00 as the remittance fee, The FX conversion rate from SGD to Peso can be seen at our website. (http://www.pnb.com.ph/singapore)
  6. Key in your consumer Reference Number (This is the 14-digit reference no.)
  7. Choose Payment Type - either "Immediate" or "Today".
  8. Click "Submit" to go to the next screen
  9. A summary of the transaction will be shown and you will need to key in your OTP (One Time-Pin) to confirm the transaction.
  10. You will now be shown a Summary of the Completed Transaction. (It is suggested that you print this for your personal reference)

You can do this Internet Remittance Service from your own account only. Credit to PNB accounts and to other bank aaccounts is on the next banking day. Cut-off time to remit is 10pm.
