PNB Representative Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) was opened on July 22, 1995, located in Karama, United Arab Emirates and recognized by the Central Bank of United Arab Emirates, Philippine Embassy in UAE, and the Filipino community in the Seven Emirates in the UAE.

PNB Dubai is the first Philippine bank office registered in UAE providing banking remittance services to the more than 700,000 global Filipinos in UAE.

PNB Dubai serves the growing Filipino remittance market in UAE which has reached USD2.03 billion in 2018. PNB Dubai also supports the Filipino community in the UAE by sponsoring events that promote camaraderie.
