  • Recent one (1) month payslip or Certificate of Employment (stating Gross Income, Date Hired, and Position) or ITR or active principal credit card number (with at least 1 year membership)
  • Photo-bearing Government-issued ID with signature (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, TIN (Ecard only), SSS, or UMID or Company ID)
  • Proof of billing (for non-depositor)
    • Utility Bills (electricity, telephone, etc.) or Credit Card Statement of Account

Self-employed    
  • Latest Income Tax Return with BIR Stamp and latest Audited Financial Statement

    • You can apply at any PNB branch. Online application for supplementary credit cards is currently not available.
    • *Supplementary credit cards are currently not available with PNB Cart Mastercard.
  3. How many supplementary credit cards can I apply for?
    • Each principal credit cardholder may have up to nine (9) supplementary credit cards. All supplementary credit cards enjoy free annual fee for life.
  4. How can I pay my bill?
    • You can pay your PNB Credit Card bill through any of the following:
      • PNB
      • Others
        • ATMs of participating BancNet members
        • BDO branches
        • SM and Savemore payment centers nationwide
        • Mobile/Internet Banking of participating BanNet members (e.g. BDO, GCash)
        • BancNet online
    Note:
    *Payments made via PNB channels will be reflected on the account within 1-2 banking days after the date of payment.
    *Payments made via other payment centers and online payment channels will be reflected on the account within 2-4 banking days after the date of the payment.
    *Additional 3 banking days will be needed in processing check payments as they are subject to clearing.
    *Payment of dollar accounts is only applicable for PNB branches, ADA, mobile banking, and internet banking. A PNB deposit account (in USD) is needed to proceed with the payment via ADA, mobile banking, and internet banking.

  8. My PNB Debit Card is already signed up to the PNB Mobile Banking App. How can I sign up my PNB Credit Card?
    1. On the PNB Mobile Banking App, go to My Accounts page and click the three dotted button on the upper right corner.
    2. Select Enroll Credit Card.
    3. Enter your valid PNB Credit Card number, date of birth, and card expiration date then click Continue.
    4. Enter the correct one-time PIN (OTP) sent to mobile number registered with PNB Cards.
    5. Click Update Mobile Number if you want to change the mobile number saved in your PNB Mobile/Internet Banking account. Click Skip if you do not want to update your mobile number.
      *If you maintain different mobile numbers for your deposit account and PNB Credit Card, you will be asked to confirm which mobile number will be used to send your one-time PIN (OTP), messages, etc.
    6. Click OK if you agree to update your mobile number.
    7. Your Credit Card is now successfully signed up.
