  1. Gaano kabilis bago matanggap ang pera sa Pilipinas?

    Mabilis matanggap ang remittance dahil real time ang crediting nito sa OFW account, Global Filipino Card o Regular Passbook ng inyong beneficiary.

    Kung wala naman pong account sa PNB ang papadalhan at magpapadala kayo sa pamamagitan ng Cash Pick up, in a few minutes lang po at nasa Pilipinas na ang pera at pwede nang makuha sa mga PNB branches at PNB authorized payout outlets nationwide.


  2. Paano kung walang PNB account ang padadalhan ko?

    OK lang po yun, ipadala via PNB Cash Pick Up at makakarating ang pera sa Pilipinas within 90 seconds “over the counter” kahit saang PNB domestic branch o sa mga PNB authorized payout partners malapit sa inyong beneficiary o sa mga Pawnshops at marami pang iba. Tingnan ang mga payout partners sa ibaba.

    Kailangan lang magdala ng isang valid ID at ibigay ang PNB reference number. Maaari rin i-apply ng Global Filipino ATM ang inyong beneficiary sa Plilipinas para sa susunod na pagpapadala ninyo ay “On Line at real time” na kahit wala silang bank account sa Pinas.


  3. Buo bang matatanggap ang pinadala ko sa pamamagitan ng remittance facilities ng PNB sa Singapore? May iba pa bang charges?

    Buo pong matatanggap ang perang ipinadala ninyo at dapat walang bawas ni isang kusing, kung kayo ay nagpadala sa pamamagitan ng mga regular remittance facilities ng PNB gaya ng Rapid Remit, GFC, Cash Pick Up o Door-to-Door.


  4. Ano ang "dormant account" at "minimum maintaining balance"?

    Ang peso o dollar savings account sa Pilipinas ay magiging dormant kung walang hulog o kaya withdrawal sa loob ng dalawang taon. Pag dormant na ang account may penalty na PHP220.00 bawat buwan kung peso account at USD10.00 bawat buwan kung dollar account.

    Ang "minimum maintaining balance" ay iyong pinakamababa na halaga o balanse ng account na dapat manatili o maiwan sa account. Kung ang account ninyo o ng beneficiary ninyo ay “OFW” Peso account, walang required na maintaining balance, kaya kahit PHP1.00 o zero pa ang balance nyo ay walang charge na ikakaltas mula rito. Wala na ring maintaining balance ang “OFW” USD savings account.


  5. Kung malaking halaga ang ipadadala, malaki rin ba ang dapat bayaran na remittance fee?

    Ang remittance fee po namin ay fixed na SGD5.00 sa kahit na gaano kalaking halaga. At sa PNB Cash Pick-up naman ay fixed sa SGD6.00.


  6. Safe bang magpadala kahit na ano ang status ko dito sa Singapore?

    Opo. lahat ng transaction ninyo sa banko ay confidential at hindi basta basta ipinamimigay lamang.


  7. Paano ako makaka-avail ng all-purpose loan?

    Maaari kayong mag-avail ng all purpose loan sa pamamagitan ng Pangarap Loan Program. Kayo ay dapat nagtatrabaho na may valid employment contract at mayroong account sa alin mang PNB Branch.

  8. Gusto kong bumili ng bahay sa Pilipinas. Paano ko magagawa yun habang andito ako sa Singapore?

    Maaari kang magka-bahay gamit ang Own a Philippine Home Loan program ng PNB. Ikaw ay dapat isang OFW na may minimum employment ng dalawang (2) taon sa Singapore at may taunang sahod na SGD30,000.00.

E-RECEIPT FOR ONLINE TRANSFER REMITTANCE

Dear Valued Client,

As part of our move towards a sustainable and paperless work environment, please be informed that effective April 1, 2020, the Electronic Receipt will be implemented for all your transactions through online transfer remittance. This means that every receipt will no longer be printed but instead be sent to your registered personal email address.

To ensure that you will receive your e-receipt, please make sure that your email address with PNB Singapore is updated. To update your email address, you may visit the branch or send an email to sgremittanceofficer@pnb.com.ph or singapore@pnb.com.ph with your name as the subject before March 31, 2020. Kindly attached your IC for identification.
