Your beneficiary can claim their remittance “over the counter” real time at any PNB branch in the Philippines and PNB authorized payout outlet.

We ensure convenience in getting your money in over 7,000 payout locations throughout the Philippines. The beneficiary will receive a text alert that the remittance is ready for pick up. He/she just needs to present his/her reference number and one (1) valid ID.

Now with PNB dollar payout, the money sent to you in dollars can be claimed in dollars too. This service is available in all PNB Metro Manila branches and selected PNB provincial branches.
