BRANCH HEAD

Responsible for the overall management of the branch, spearheading the branch’s marketing efforts and achievement of branch sales and operational targets. Signs memoranda and correspondences and approve transactions in accordance with the limits defined under the Manual on Signing Authority (MSA).

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Business-related course
  • Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the same capacity and industry
  • Must have excellent marketing ang selling skills
  • Can work under pressure and has a high degree of integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Fookien is an advantage, but not required

SALES AND SERVICE HEAD

Responsible for the overall supervision of branch operations and service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Business-related course
  • Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the same capacity and industry
  • Must possess excellent customer service, supervisory and communication sills
  • Proficient in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Can work under pressure and has a high degree of integrity
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Fookien is an advantage, but not required

SALES AND SERVICE OFFICER

Responsible for the control and safekeeping of branch’s operating funds, accountable forms, and other documents. Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the cash operations, tellering and window services of the branch.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Business-related course
  • Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the same capacity and industry
  • Must possess excellent customer service, supervisory and communication sills
  • Proficient in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Participates in planning, organizing, and implementing the branch’s business generation programs. Assists the Branch Head in marketing prospective clients and endorses accounts where follow-up client calls are needed.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Business-related course
  • Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the same capacity and industry
  • Required Skills: Sales and Marketing
  • Must possess excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Proficient in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Can work under pressure and has a high degree of integrity
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Fookien is an advantage, but not required

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Actively solicit and originate revenue-generating credit-related transactions from creditworthy borrowers, largely for business purposes; properly manage and monitor assigned accounts and ensure collection of credits granted.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Business-related course
  • Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in the same capacity and industry
  • Must possess excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Proficient in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

SALES & SERVICE ASSOCIATE / BANK TELLER

Responsible for balancing branch totals, clearing, preparation and submission of reports and other related back office functions. In-charge of account opening and other platform functions; deposit account servicing, processing of payments, receipts, and monetary transactions.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Business-related course
  • Has good scholastic records and proficient in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
  • Can work under pressure and has a high degree of integrity
  • Must be keen to details and has a very good customer service orientation
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Fookien is an advantage, but not required
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
