PNB Pangarap Loan

This is an all-purpose loan secured by a hold-out on existing deposits extended to all qualified borrowers with sufficient amount of cash deposits in their accounts maintained with PNB Singapore Branch or any of the PNB branches in the Philippines.

Eligible Borrowers

Available to employed PNB Singapore clients with valid employment contracts who maintain deposit accounts with PNB

Basic Features

Minimum Loan	SGD 500.00
Maximum Loan	SGD10,000.00
Loanable Amount	90% of the SGD equivalent of Peso Deposit or US Dollar Deposit
Interest Rate	1% flat rate per month
Terms of Repayment	3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18, months, 24 months
Processing Fee	SGD50.00 (with MRI, maximum of 12 months)
Monthly amortization	up to 60% of monthly salary
