Promo Mechanics

I. Qualification:

This promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cardholders. Business, Corporate, Distribution, and Personal Installment cards are excluded from this promotion.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Promo runs from January 10, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

2. Cardholders are entitled to get 10% OFF on all regular-priced items at Wharton website at www.wharton.ph using promocode PNBBANK when they use their PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card.

III. Terms and Conditions per brands:

1. No minimum spend.

2. Discount is available for multiple uses. Not limited to one transaction per person.

3. Cannot be combined with other ongoing promos and discounts.

4. Discount can be availed online at www.wharton.ph using the code PNBANK

5. Promo cannot be availed at department stores and online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora.

6. Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single receipt of transaction.

7. Cardholder must be present at the time of purchase.

8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

10. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

11. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
