PNB App, Tap & Win Raffle Promo
Terms and Conditions:
- The PNB APP, TAP & WIN Promo (“Promo”) runs from July 1, 2021 to July 15, 2021 (“Promo Period”). Promo is extended until July 31, 2021 as approved by DTI-FTEB.
- The Promo is open to all PNB accountholders who have enrolled to the new PNB Digital Banking App (starting February 2021).
- The Promo consists of earning a raffle entry for completing either 1 Bills Payment or 1 InstaPay transaction worth at least Php200.00 using the PNB Digital Banking App during the Promo Period. Only one raffle entry for every PNB Digital Banking App user.
- To join the Promo,
- The PNB accountholder must have downloaded and signed-up to the NEW PNB Digital Banking App; and
- Within the Promo Period, he/she must make one successful transaction of at least Php200.00 either via Instapay or Bills Payment.
- The raffle draw for the Promo Period will be held on August 6, 2021 at the PNB Information Technology Group Area, 2nd Floor, PNB Financial Center, Pasay City. Winners will be drawn electronically in the presence of a DTI representative via online.
- The raffle prizes to be won are:
RAFFLE DRAW PRIZE WINNERS August 6, 2021 Credit to Acct PNB 105 winners x Php1,000 = Php105,000.00 Credit to Acct PNB 5 winners x Php1,500 = Php7,500.00 Credit to Acct PNB 1 winner x Php105,000 = Php105,000.00 Total Php217,500.00 - All prizes will be credited to the PNB deposit account registered with the PNB Digital Banking App by the user.
- A PNB Digital Banking App user can only win once in this Promo. Only one raffle entry will be given to such user regardless of the number of InstaPay/Bills Payment transactions made.
- The names drawn will be validated against PNB’s records. A PNB Digital Banking App user will be disqualified from the Promo and will forfeit the prize in the event that he/she no longer has an existing banking relationship with PNB within the Promo Period and raffle draw date. In case of disqualification, another winner shall be drawn.
- Raffle winners will be notified via SMS, e-mail, or registered mail. PNB shall send to winners notice of credit to winners’ account which shall include consent to credit the prize winnings to the PNB account registered with the PNB Digital Banking App and consent to disclose their name/details to third parties for purposes of promotion/etc.
- In cases of winners who have had their accounts closed prior to the raffle draw date, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of PNB with prior DTI approval.
- Whenever applicable, the 20% prize tax shall be for the account of PNB.
- Each of the winning PNB Digital Banking App users shall authorize PNB to disclose and publish his/her names and other particulars determined by PNB, to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as PNB may deem appropriate. Winners agree to participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by PNB in announcing the winners to the general public. Expenses and/or costs to participate in the aforementioned arrangements shall be for the account of the winning PNB Digital Banking App user.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing bank promotion.
- Any dispute or issue regarding the Promo, including but not limited to the eligibility of a PNB Digital Banking App user or PNB accountholder, coverage dates, winners, or awarding, will be resolved by PNB. In such case, PNB’s decision shall be final, with prior approval of DTI.
- PNB employees, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this Promo.
