How to open a deposit account through videoconferencing:
Follow these eight simple steps:- Book Your Appointment – Use the PNB e-Booking Appointment System and email a copy of your current and valid passport to pnbeUKremit@pnbglobal.com.
- Initial Call – PNBE will call you to discuss account opening and other services.
- Accomplish Forms – We will email you the account opening and remittance registration forms for you to accomplish and sign.
- Submit Required Documents – Email signed forms along with your passport and proof of address (bank statement not older than three months).
- Video Call Invite – We will send you an invite via email.
- Join the Meeting – On the scheduled date and time, attend the meeting via Microsoft Teams. Please ensure you have stable internet connection.
- Mail Your Signed Forms – Send via postal mail the original signed account opening and remittance registration forms.
- Deposit Instructions – We will guide you on how to make your initial deposit through the following channels:
- Debit Card
- Fund Transfer
- Swift (For EU customers)

Filipinos and former Filipinos who reside in the United Kingdom can open an account with PNB Europe through videoconferencing.
- Get an appointment for the video conference through this link: PNB e-Booking Appointment System and you will be redirected to a page where you can select your preferred date and time.
- Email a copy of your valid passport (with picture and signature) to pnbeUKremit@pnbglobal.com
- Expect a call from PNB Europe.
- You will receive via email the account opening forms to fill out and sign.
- Email back the accomplished forms, your valid ID, and proof of address (bank statement not older than three months).
- Check your email for the video conference invite via Microsoft Teams.
- Please have the following ready before the video conferencing: (1) passport, (2) A4-size clean white paper, and (3) black pen.
- The video conference will take 10 to 15 minutes.
- It will be recorded for the whole duration.
- You will be asked about your personal data for the required know-your-customer (KYC) process.
- You will be requested to affix your signature on the photocopy of your passport.
