How to pay your bills online?

1. Click Pay Bills on the menu.
2. Choose the source account for your payment.
3. Select your biller.
4. Enter the amount and reference number.
5. Confirm your payment details.
6. Enter the 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
7. Check your email for your payment receipt.
For your convenience, you have the option to schedule recurring fixed monthly payments so you no longer have to worry about missing your due dates.

  1. What account/s can I use to pay for my bills?
    • You can pay using your PNB deposit account or credit card, provided that they are enrolled in PNB Mobile Banking.
Due Dates    
  1. Can I pay before my due date?
    • Yes, we strongly encourage you to pay your bills at least 3 banking days before the due date.
  2. Can I pay after my due date?
    • Yes. You may still settle your bill past the due date. However, please note that the bank will not be liable for any penalties and consequences your biller may impose.
Billers    
  1. The bill is not under my name, can I still pay for it?
    • Yes. As long as you have the reference number, you can pay any bills anytime.
  2. Can I save the information of my biller?
    • Yes. Upon doing a Bills Payment transaction with a new biller, you shall be asked whether to save the new biller’s details (Biller Name, Reference Number and Alias) or not. You are encouraged to save the biller’s details for your convenience so you don’t have to key in the same details every time you pay your bills.
  1. Is there a limit on the bill amount that I can settle?
    • There is no limit on the bill amount, as long as your available balance is sufficient.
  2. Will I get charged for late payments?
    • Charge for late bills payment differs per biller.
  1. How soon shall my payment get posted?
    • It will be posted the following day. Payments made after 8PM cut-off time will be posted on the next banking day.
Notifications    
  1. Will I get notified right away?
    • Once the payment has been successfully posted, PNB will send you a proof of your transaction to your registered email address.
Cancellations    
  1. Can I cancel my payment transaction?
    • No. Payments cannot be cancelled or changed if the transaction has been successfully processed.
  1. Who can I contact regarding my next billing?
    • You can directly contact your service provider or biller to ask them about your next billing.
  2. Who can I contact if I encounter problems while paying using the app?
