- What account/s can I use to send cash?
- You can use your debit, passbook, or checking account. However, you can’t transfer if your account is dormant, in frozen status, joint, and a budget checking.
- What are the requirements needed to send cash to my beneficiaries?
- You just need the beneficiary’s mobile number.
- What are the requirements for my beneficiaries to claim the money I sent them?
- Your beneficiary needs to present a valid ID, reference number that was sent to their mobile number, and passcode from the sender.

- There is a fee of PhP50 per transaction and PhP5 per passcode reset.
- How much can I transfer per transaction?
- You are allowed to transfer at least PhP100 and a maximum of PhP10,000 per day. But you’re allowed to only send a maximum of PhP100,000 per month.
- What is the limit number of transactions per day?
- You are not limited to sending numerous transactions a day for as long as you don’t reach the cap of PhP10,000 per day.
- Until what time can I send cash?
- You can make a send cash request anytime.
- How to reset the passcode?
- You can follow these steps to reset your passcode:
- On the menu, select “Send Cash”
- Select the transaction item, click “Reset Passcode”
- Wait for the confirmation to appear
- Send the new passcode to the beneficiary
- You can follow these steps to reset your passcode:
- Can my beneficiary claim it immediately after I send the money?
- Yes. Your beneficiary can already claim the money once he/she receives the SMS notification with the send cash reference number.
- Where can they claim the money I sent them?
- They can claim the proceeds at any PNB branch nationwide.
- How long is the transaction valid?
- Your transaction is valid for 10 days. After this period, the money will be transferred back to your account minus the service charge.
- Can I cancel the transaction?
Yes. To cancel, follow these steps:- On the menu, click SEND CASH
- Select the transaction you wish to cancel and click CANCEL SEND CASH
- A confirmation screen will pop up and wait for the email notification
- Check your account if it is transferred back to you
