Promo Mechanics

I. Qualifications:

The promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. The promo period is from April 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025.

2. Blackout dates: April 22-26, 2025, May 25-31, 2025, and June 1-7, 2025.

3. PNB Cardholders are entitled to discounts from the partner merchant.

III. How to Avail of Discount:

1. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount to his/her PNB card in a single-receipt transaction. Intent to avail the promo must be mentioned upon reservation.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. Not valid during blackout dates. Blackout Dates: April 22-26, 2025, May 25-31, 2025, and June 1-7, 2025.

3. Buffet discount is valid for a minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 diners.

4. A la carte discount is valid for a minimum spend of P4,000.

5. Buffet offers are valid for dine-in transactions only.

6. The Ala carte offer is valid for dine-in and to-go.

7. Beverages are excluded.

8. Discount will be applied upon the presentation of the eligible PNB card for payment.

9. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by the partner merchant.

10. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is applicable.

11. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

12. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

13. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
