Terms and Mechanics

1. Earn a raffle entry by doing any one of the following transactions:
   1. Link your mobile number or email address to your bank account to receive InstaPay money transfers
   2. Transfer funds to a QR Ph code, a mobile number or an email address that is linked to a receiving account in another Instapay partner.
   3. Receive money from an account in another InstaPay partner using your QR Ph code or mobile number/ email address linked to your account.
   Please refer to list of InstaPay partners below.
2. Accountholders of the following InstaPay partners can join the promo:
   1. To send and receive money using a mobile number or email address: BPI, China Bank, RCBC, Rural Bank of Guinobatan and Union Bank
   2. To send and receive money using an InstaPay QR Ph code: AllBank, AUB, BPI, Card Bank, China Bank, DC Pay (Coins.ph), East West Rural Bank, ING Bank, Landbank, Metrobank, PayMaya, PNB, PSBank, Queen City Development Bank, RCBC, Robinsons Bank, Rural Bank of Guinobatan, StarPay, Sterling Bank of Asia, Tayocash, Union Bank and USSC
3. Winners will be electronically drawn from BancNet’s system-generated promo report.

5. The e-raffle draw will be held at the office of BancNet’s advertising agency Perez NuMedia at 7F National Life Insurance Building, Ayala Ave, Legazpi Village, Makati.
6. A unique account number can only win once in a draw. In case an account number is drawn more than once, he / she gets the prize of higher value.
7. Winners will be validated, confirmed and identified by the accountholder’s bank of account/ e-wallet provider (InstaPay partner) prior to crediting of cash prizes. Only accountholders with identities verified by the InstaPay Partner may win in the raffle.
8. Winners will be notified via SMS and e-mail by the InstaPay partner.
9. Major prize winners should agree for BancNet to disclose and publish his/her name, and other particulars as determined by BancNet, to any person/s in any mode or manner as BancNet may deem appropriate such as in the winners’ announcement in www.instapayph.com. Refusal will forfeit his/her prize in favor of BancNet.
   To claim a major prize, winners are required to furnish BancNet with a copy their Tax Identification Number (TIN).
10. Prizes not claimed after 60 calendar days will also be forfeited in favor of BancNet.
11. Cash prizes will be credited to the winner’s bank / e-wallet account used for the transaction.
12. The tax on winnings shall be shouldered by BancNet.

14. BancNet and Perez NuMedia employees are disqualified from the raffle.
