E-mail Money Transfer

  • Credit to Another Bank Account: 1 to 2 banking days

    • Metro Manila and Major Cities: 24 hours
    • Provincial: up to 3 days
  • Cash pick-up at any domestic PNB Branches or Pay-out Partner Centers : Real Time

Transfers made during Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and after 4:00 pm EST time on Fridays will be processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.

Requirements when sending money

  • Remittance Application Form (for new remitters only)
  • Valid ID (for new remitters only)

Steps to send money

  1. Log-in to your bank’s website
  2. Go to “Transfers” then choose Interac e-Transfer module
  3. Add PNB Global Remit as recipient and type EMT@pnbrcc.com in the email address field
  4. Enter the amount including the remittance fee (You can only send up to CAD 1,000 per transaction)
  5. Enter the Security Question and Security Answer
  6. Type your beneficiary or receiver’s name in Message to Recipient
  7. Confirm the details and click Send
  8. Advise PNB RCC on the security answer and name of your receiver by sending an email to EMT@pnbrcc.com

    In the Province of Ontario, the Ontario Health Card or OHIP is not an acceptable form of identification.
