PNB Digital Pick, Pair & Prizes Promo

Terms and Conditions

1. Qualification
   1. Eligible to join the Promo:
      • The PNB Digital Pick, Pair & Prizes Promo is open to PNB accountholders who are enrolled to PNB Digital or will enroll during the Promo Period.
   2. Not Eligible to join the Promo:
      1. All PNB accountholders with registered foreign / international mobile numbers, who are enrolled PNB Digital or will enroll during the Promo Period are not eligible to join the promo
      2. PNB employees are disqualified from joining this promo.
2. Promo offer and promo period
   1. Get a chance to win Lazada Gift Cards or Shopee Vouchers worth PhP100.00 or P500.00 when you enroll to PNB Digital and/or perform eligible transactions using the app during the promo period.
   2. Promo will run for five (5) months from March 4 to August 4, 2024 (“Promo Period”)
3. Play tokens, game, and redemption process
   1. PNB Digital users will earn play tokens by enrolling and/or by completing eligible transactions in PNB Digital as enumerated below. The more transactions completed, the more play tokens will be earned.

      Successful enrollment to PNB Digital	2 tokens
      For every 1 successful bills payment transaction (scheduled or one-time)	2 tokens
      For every 1 successful fund transfer transaction (scheduled or one-time) using InstaPay or InstaPay QR code during the promo period	1 token
      For every 1 successful fund transfer transaction using PESONet during the promo period	1 token
      For every 1 successful scan to pay merchant transaction (via QR code) during the promo period	1 token
      For every 1 successful scan to pay biller transaction (via QR code) during the promo period	1 token

   2. The play tokens earned will be used to play the game, wherein one (1) token is equivalent to one (1) game for a chance to win Lazada Gift Cards or Shopee Vouchers.
   3. On a weekly basis, app users will receive an SMS notification from Instaperx with sender name PNB Promos, regarding earned play tokens that will allow them to play the game. Contents of the SMS are Unique ID, number of tokens earned, and instruction access to the promo game site. To play the game, app users can go to their PNB Digital app or visit the PNB website and click on the promo app card or web banner. The promo app card or web banner will redirect app users to the game site.
   4. To access the game, the qualified app user must log in using the Unique ID provided in the SMS from PNB Promos to their registered mobile number.
   5. The play tokens earned will be used to play the game wherein one (1) play token is equivalent to one (1) game.
   6. Instructions to play the game as mentioned below is also provided the game site.
      How to Play the Match Game

      • Tap on any two (2) PNB Digital app icons to find the matching Lazada or Shopee logos and win a prize electronic voucher worth Php 100 or P500
      • Player is only given 20 seconds to find the matching pair
      • Play token will be forfeited if matching pair is not found
      • Play the game as many times, as long as play tokens are available
   7. If the app user wins, an electronic voucher/gift card code will be sent via SMS from PNB Promos to their registered mobile number. This code will be used/entered in Shopee or Lazada’s platform to avail/redeem the prize. Instructions to redeem the electronic voucher/gift card codes and its validity period shall also be indicated in the SMS sent by PNB Promos.
   8. Electronic voucher/gift card code validity awarded to winning qualified app users will follow Shopee and Lazada’s validity policies.
      1. Shopee electronic voucher validity will be four (4) months from receipt of code via SMS.
      2. Lazada electronic gift card validity be one (1) year from receipt of code via SMS.
      
      Otherwise, electronic voucher/gift card code will be invalid.
   9. Unused tokens cannot be used after the Promo Period.
4. Other Stipulations
   • An app user may continue to earn his/her play tokens weekly by performing eligible transactions via PNB Digital.
   • Each of the winning PNB Digital users shall authorize PNB to disclose and publish his/her name, including other particulars as determined by PNB, and shall participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by PNB in announcing the winners to the general public.
   • This Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other existing bank promotion.
   • Prizes are non-cumulative, cannot be swapped or exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.
   • Any dispute or issue regarding the Promo, including but not limited to the eligibility of a PNB Digital user or PNB accountholder, coverage dates, winners, prizes, or awarding, will be resolved by PNB. In such a case, PNB’s decision shall be final, with prior approval of DTI.
