1. Program duration
   
   1. PNB’s Online Survey shall run for a maximum period of 5 weeks from June 13, 2025 until July 17, 2025.
2. Eligibility
   
   1. All PNB Depositors, Borrowers -, and Credit card holders who submit accomplished survey form on or before the deadline.
   2. All employees of PNB, ad agency, merchants etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this program.
3. Program Methodology
   
   1. PNB clients (composed of PNB depositors, borrowers, and credit cardholders) who will take PNB’s Online Survey shall be entitled to one (1) tree planted on his/her behalf.
   2. PNB’s Online Survey shall be available in PNB’s website: pnbph.net/2025SustainabilitySurvey.
4. Conduct of Tree Planting
   
   1. Each PNB client shall only be entitled to one (1) entry.
   2. The tree planting shall be conducted between July to August 2025, unless weather conditions and uncontrollable factors do not permit such. In such cases, PNB shall notify the survey respondents of the schedule.
   3. The tree planting will be conducted by PNB in partnership with Tan Yan Kee Foundation, Inc. in a location to be determined by both institutions and in line with PNB’s Communitree Program.
5. Rewards
   
   1. A tree shall be planted in behalf of the PNB clients who respond to the survey.
   2. Clients who respond to the survey shall be sent an email notice including updates on the planting activity and photos of the trees in the planting site.
