What Type of Account Can You Enroll on the PNB Mobile Banking App?

How Can You Sign Up on the PNB Mobile Banking App?

  1. Click Sign-Up in the login page on PNB Mobile Banking
  2. Agree to the PNB Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions
  3. Click “ATM Card”
  4. Input Card Number and PIN
  5. Create your user ID and password
  6. Enter 6-digit One-Time-PIN (OTP) sent via SMS
  7. Upon initial login, enter Online Activation Code (OAC) sent via e-mail
  1. Click Sign-Up in the login page on PNB Mobile Banking
  2. Agree to the PNB Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions
  3. Click “Credit Card”
  4. Input Credit Card details
  5. Create your user ID and password
  6. Enter 6-digit One-Time-PIN (OTP) sent via SMS
  7. A confirmation page will appear once you have successfully enrolled your credit card account
  1. Visit the nearest PNB branch
  2. Fill-out Digital Banking Enrollment Form
  3. Click Sign-Up in the login page on PNB Mobile Banking
  4. Enter account details and SMS PIN sent by the branch
  5. Create your user ID and password
  6. Enter 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) sent via SMS
  7. Upon initial login, enter Online Activation Code (OAC) sent via e-mail
  1. My other account is already enrolled in PNB Mobile Banking, how can I enroll my other PNB accounts?
    1. Go to OPTIONS/ACCOUNT SERVICES in the My Accounts Page
    2. Click “Add an Account”
    3. Enter One-Time-PIN (OTP) sent to your mobile phone
    4. Choose desired account to be enrolled
    5. Wait for confirmation
  2. My other PNB accounts are already enrolled in PNB Mobile Banking, how can I enroll my PNB Credit Card?
    1. Go to Options/Account Services on My Accounts
    2. Click “Enroll Credit Card”
    3. Input Credit Card details
    4. Enter One-Time-PIN (OTP)
    5. Wait for confirmation
  3. What should I do if my registered email address and mobile number are not updated?
    • For PNB account holders, you have to go to your branch of account to update your mobile number and/or email address. You may accomplish this form (link out to update information form) beforehand and present it to the branch personnel.
    • If you are a PNB credit card holder, kindly email your request to update your contact information at pnbcreditcards@pnb.com.ph
  4. What is an Online Activation Code (OAC)?
    • Online Activation Code (OAC) is a code required for newly registered users when you login to PNB Mobile Banking app for the first time. The OAC shall be sent to your registered email address.
  5. What is a One-Time PIN (OTP)?
    • One-Time-PIN (OTP) is an additional security feature in PNB Mobile Banking where a six (6) digit PIN is sent to your mobile device. Enter the OTP when performing the following:
      • Enrollment of account
      • Adding of other accounts
      • Fund transfer to Third Party PNB Account and to other local banks
      • Bills Payment
      • Reset Password
  6. What should I do if I don’t receive my OTP?
  7. How to activate Touch ID on PNB Mobile Banking App?
    1. Register your fingerprint on your mobile device
    2. Log-in to your account
    3. Go to SETTINGS and Tap TOUCH ID
    4. Toggle button to the right
    5. Click Done and log-in again
  8. Can I use PNB Mobile App or Internet Banking abroad?
    • Yes as long as your contact details are updated and your PNB debit account or credit card is active. Make sure that your internet connection is stable.
  9. Are there any fees when I do my banking transactions online?
    • Registration, balance inquiry, and checking of transaction history are free of charge. But there are corresponding fees for other services.
  10. What shall I do if I forgot my password?
    1. Click on the “Forgot Password” option in the login page
    2. Provide your username and email address
    3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
    4. Login using the temporary password sent to your registered email address
    5. Input a new password
  11. What should I do if I forgot my User ID?
  12. What should I do if I got locked out of my account?
    • If your access was locked due to three (3) consecutive incorrect password entries, kindly reset your password by selecting the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
